8-week regular season and up to a possible 3 postseason games

Age Groups: all coed

(5-6) (7-8) (9-10) (11-12) (13-14)

Age for this season is as of August 1st, 2025.

So, age of child on August 1st, is the age group they play in!

All NFL FLAG Registrations will receive an NFL Flag reversible Jersey and Flags.

All Teams are required to wear their NFL Flag Jersey for league play!

The top FAQ's for new player registrations: PLEASE READ

#1 question: When is practice? Until your child is placed on a team and the coach contacts you, we don't have this answer. You won't hear from a coach until after the registration deadline when teams are formed.

#2 question: Where is practice? Your child will be placed on a team by zip code if you did not request a specific coach. When the coach contacts you, they will discuss practice times and locations.

#3 question: When will my child be placed on a team? We typically don't place new players until after the deadline and after the two free pre-season training camps. This means you will not hear from a coach until after that time.

#4 question: What time are the games on Sundays? We start with the youngest group first at 9:00am (5-6) year olds and finish with the (13-14) at 6pm & 7pm. So, the (7-8) are 10am and the next couple hours and so on.

The league is Co-Ed teams, but we are launching and all-girls league this fall on Saturdays.

The girls can play in the coed league on Sundays and the all-girl league on Saturdays.

There will also be other coed Saturday leagues available for those that want to play in a Saturday league.
