GIRLS SPRING 2026

Season Starts: Sunday, MARCH 1ST

AGE DIVISONS FOR ALL GIRLS:

10U - 12U - 14U & HIGH SCHOOL (17u)

Games will be played on Sundays at All American Park

5v5 NFL Flag Rules

Roster size is 8-10 players

our All-Girls Divisions are partnered The Las Vegas Raiders as part of the SILVER AND BLACK FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUES and with that they sponsored the Jerseys, lowering the registration cost from $150 to $100!

This also means all teams will be required to wear the league issued Raiders jerseys and NFL Flags.

Each player must register individually by parent and upload a birth certificate.

When registering, in the coaches' box please put the TEAM NAME you will be playing on.

Players with no team can absolutely sign up!

If you do not have a team leave the coach request box blank and we will find you a team based on your zip code.

If you do a have team and leave that box blank, please realize we may put you on the wrong team and it becomes an issue so don't forget to put the coach request!

Season is 8 weeks long plus a postseason

Off for east Sunday and Mother's Day

Playoffs on May 3rd and championships are May 17th

If a team misses more than two weeks due to outside tournaments or any reasons, they will be taken off the regular season schedule and eliminated from postseason play and declared ineligible for NFL Flag Regional Tournaments.

By entering your team for this league, your team qualifies to play in the NFL Flag Regional Tournaments

Raiders Regional Tournament is in November -date TBA

Other NFL Flag Regional Tournaments exist this spring and will not interfere with league play.
